Jobs Email Notifications Settings

Dialog allows to enable/disable email notifications on success or failure of jobs. The options are as follows:

• Enable: If this option is selected the program will enable email notifications to the selected jobs (or to all jobs in case you are configuring the Global Job Email Notifications). Notifications will be disabled if this option is left disabled.
• Notify on status: This option allows you to specify on which statuses the program should send email notifications. At least of the options must be selected.
• Recipients: Valid email address which the program will send the notifications to.
• Customize notification: This allows to customize one or both subject and message of the email that will be sent. The message format can be simple text or html. Both subject and message accept some placeholders which will be replaced by their respective values if found:
  • %id% - represents the job's id
  • %description% - represents the job's description.
  • %time% - represents the job's execution time.
  • %status% - represents the job's status.
  • %failurereason% - represents the failure reason if the status is FAILED, empty otherwise.
